One account for the whole company

A Sledge account used to be one flat space: anyone who could get in could see all of it. That account is your organization now. Invite your team and give each person a role that decides what they can open and what they can change, or narrow someone down to the projects they actually work on. An owner, architect or sub from outside can be handed a single project as a guest, and that project is all they ever see.

New

New

  • Organizations with roles: invite teammates, set what each role can read and change, and scope a person to particular projects. Every record, document and notification stays inside your organization.
  • Guest project sharing: send one project to an owner, architect or sub, whether or not they already have a Sledge account. They see that project and nothing else.
  • Time & Labor Cost: log crew hours against jobs and cost codes, and the labor lands in the same job cost numbers as every other expense.
  • Bid Center v2: bids move through their own statuses from lead to award, there is a workspace with takeoff, and RFQ leveling puts sub quotes side by side.
  • Messages: the conversations with a contact, kept against the project they belong to instead of in someone's inbox.
  • Workspace › Notes: freeform notes that live with the rest of the workspace instead of on someone's phone.
  • A Docs tab on every project, so a job's files sit on the job.
  • Usernames. Pick one and sign in with it instead of your email; the form tells you as you type whether the name is taken.
  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan yourself, from the billing screen, without emailing anyone.
  • Your company logo goes in during onboarding and prints on the documents you send out.
  • Export to CSV and XLSX on Contracts, Preliminary Notices, and the General Ledger.
  • Sledge AI reaches further into the app: documents, RFIs, submittals and notifications, your home dashboard including the local weather, and your own account settings, sessions and MFA.
  • A status page link in the Resources menu and the site footer.
Improvements

Improvements

  • RFIs, Daily Logs, Submittals, Lien Waivers, AP Bills, AR Invoices and the notifications page rebuilt on the shared v2 components.
  • Clicking a notification opens the record it is about.
  • The floating Sledge AI launcher was redesigned, along with the assistant's screens.
  • Verify your email on a second device and the tab you left open notices. That screen was rebuilt too.
  • Stored documents are served through short-lived private links instead of open URLs.
  • The Send RFI to field can be edited on the RFI form.
  • A project is optional on an AR invoice.
  • A draft project reopens at the step you left it on.
  • Long project sub-navigation scrolls instead of running off the edge.
  • One delete confirmation, shared by every module.
  • A loading bar across the top of every page change.
  • Refreshed sidebar icons, with the coming-soon entries cleared out.
  • Sign-in and sign-up forms stop stretching on large monitors, and spacing is consistent across the public pages.
  • Settings sits above your profile in the menu, and tab drag-and-drop works again.
Fixes

Fixes

  • Daily log reminders no longer send twice.
  • Editing an uploaded bill edits the bill itself, not a cached copy of it.
  • The contractor signature on an AIA pay application is saved when the application is created.
  • AR invoice status counts follow the filters you have applied.
  • Removing a project image leaves the placeholder behind instead of a gap.
  • The Integrations setup prompt no longer looks like an error.
  • Contract sorting works, along with a batch of smaller contract bugs behind it.
  • Accordions open and close correctly.

Every date in the company, on one calendar

Bills, invoices, contracts, waivers, insurance, schedule tasks, job dates and pay runs each keep their date inside their own record, so there was nowhere to see the week ahead in one go. Master Calendar reads sixteen of those sources at once and puts them on a single timeline, by month, week, day or year. Filter it down to one project or one status, and add reminders for the things no record covers.

New

New

  • Master Calendar: a company-wide timeline over every dated record, with month, week, day and year views, filters for group, status and project, search, and standalone reminders.
  • Workspace › Tasks: a tracker with six views, including a board you drag tasks across and a crew load view. Tasks carry lists, sections, custom statuses, dependencies, checklists, comments and attachments. The same tracker runs company-wide or filtered to one job from its Tasks tab.
  • Job Costing spreadsheet view on the Project Budget page: one sheet with a frozen cost-code column, a totals footer, drilldown to the transactions behind any line, and an Excel mode. General conditions is a cost type of its own now.
  • Contracts V2: rebuilt contracts and prelims screens, plus a templates section.
  • Support used to be a mailto link. It is an assistant now: Sledge AI answers from your own data and hands the case to a person when it cannot, and that person's replies land back in the same chat. Images, video and voice all work in it.
  • Bids and Opportunities pulls live federal construction solicitations from SAM.gov into Bid Center, so nothing gets re-keyed out of a government portal.
  • Employee reimbursements: an out-of-pocket expense records what the company owes the employee and settles when you mark it paid, so writing the check weeks later no longer books the same cost twice.
  • A bank deposit matched to an invoice can be confirmed into a real payment, partial payments included. The payment method is read from the bank description, and undo voids the payment before releasing the deposit.
  • Export to CSV and XLSX across the rest of the app: AR invoices, lien waivers, change orders, statements, jobs, RFIs, daily logs, closeout, people, docs, submittals, pay packages, cost codes, budgeting, AP bills, and every Bid Center screen.
  • Fraud screening on inbound card payments.
  • Create a project directly from a contract.
  • A guided tour of the AI Agent home page.
Improvements

Improvements

  • Onboarding asks five questions about your business. Only the company name is required.
  • An ACH debit checks balance and account ownership before the money moves.
  • Retention and AR Invoices redesigned on the shared v2 components.
  • Notifications about a processed bill link straight to the bill.
  • The sidebar collapses on its own inside a record, so detail pages get the full width.
  • People entries carry an emoji icon.
  • Sledge AI stays beside the tour card in docked layout, and the Tutorial Guide's card has an animated outline.
  • Images and static assets are served from a CDN.
Fixes

Fixes

  • Sledge AI no longer shows raw markdown asterisks while a reply streams in.
  • The tour's direction arrow shows on the last step.
  • Profile pictures upload, and show up in the side menu.
  • The expenses page no longer crashes in an infinite render loop.
  • Signing in and signing up with Microsoft work again.
  • Documents no longer get stuck in processing.
  • Sidebar behavior and responsive layout fixed across the app.
  • Pay package options load instead of erroring.

Drop a file anywhere

Stop deciding where a document goes before you upload it. Drop a file onto any screen in Sledge and it gets read, classified by what's actually on the first page, and filed into the right module on its own — with a progress tray while it works and a notification when it lands.

New

New

  • Global drag and drop: a file dropped anywhere in the app is classified by its contents and routed into the correct module, with live progress and notifications for completed, unidentifiable, and failed files.
  • Instant bank payments, saved payment methods, and card network support on Stripe-backed payments.
  • Drag-and-drop tab nesting in the app navigation bar, so tabs can be grouped and reordered freely.
  • Per-contact email selection on RFI recipient dropdowns, so a request reaches the right person at a company with several contacts.
  • The changelog is reachable from the Resources menu and the site footer.
  • A new SLEDGE Beta logo across the app sidebar, the site navigation, and the sign-in and sign-up pages.
Improvements

Improvements

  • Correcting an expense now posts a reversal and a replacement instead of editing the original in place, so the ledger keeps a full audit trail.
  • Lien Waivers gained filters, and a failed send can be retried.
  • The help icon moved to the bottom of every page, so replaying a tour no longer means hunting through the header.
  • The General Ledger shows a call-to-action when it has no records yet.
  • Voice messages to Sledge AI no longer drop their transcript, a stalled recorder can't block later attempts, and every failure path says what went wrong.
  • The shell toggle is a sliding pill that takes you to the new mode's home.
Fixes

Fixes

  • General Ledger amounts show a dollar sign.
  • A sent message no longer flashes twice in the chat.
  • Sledge AI's surfaces render correctly in light mode instead of black.
  • The agent stage no longer overlaps itself or drifts its glow when the page is zoomed or resized.
  • Testimonials are back on the homepage.
  • Footer spacing is consistent across pages.

Notifications, wherever the work actually is

A notification platform with a ranked bell feed, wired into statements, the general ledger, change orders, closeouts, and payouts. The things needing your attention now come to you instead of waiting in a tab you forgot to open.

New

New
